Since before 2nd.world war,this well was founded by my great-grand father at Mine-thout Village for the villeagers.Mine-thout village is located near Naung Shwe,at the side of the Inn Lay Lake.Nowadays,this well is still remaining and useful for the people.I've never been known ab
out this village and well.That was my ancestors' native village.Some of my ancestors' relatives are still remain there.
